If you have never had Bison you are missing out. We made tacos out of ground bison last night and my entire family cleaned their plates. It was tastier than beef. Bison in Buckeye

My wife and I stumbled into this place and had a great experience. We have been looking for a place to get local grass fed beef in the west valley. The bison and other options they have are a bonus.
