EVERGREEN    LOCATION ONLY

 We are seeking a part-time 2 days a week, customer service/ sales associate for our retail store located on the ranch. This is not a remote, temporary, or seasonal position. Please keep in mind the distance you will need to travel and weather conditions during the winter season. If you are unsure of the distance please consult Map

Days & Pay will be discussed at interview. 

Duties include but not limited to: 

Create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service. 

Utilize suggestive selling techniques to drive sales while maintaining excellent customer rapport 

Establish and maintain a safe and clean environment that encourages our customers to return

Ability to establish strong product knowledge and sell to customers

Stock merchandise – rotate, straighten and rearrange as needed

Independently working in store with minimal supervision

Observing Bison for health and checking food & water levels 

Keep track of inventory

Ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management

Maintains & updates social media platforms & engages with online communities

Performs other duties as needed

- Have 1 year min. retail or sales experience. If you do not have either of these please do not apply.

- Capable of a combination of standing, sitting, and moving throughout the 8-hour shift.

- Flexibility to cover other shifts when needed.

- Ability to safely lift 60 plus lbs. (This is not consistently but there will be times you will need to be able to do this) 

- Positive attitude, trustworthy, punctual, dependable, a willingness to learn, self-motivated, self -starter and energetic.
